Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mail accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to redirect emails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
